These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

Accuracy of Product Information and Description of Goods

The intention of Spirito is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, Spirito cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages where information may come from third parties such as suppliers and manufacturers. All images, sizes, descriptions, specifications, and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods and are not subject to a guarantee of accuracy. Payment and Price

The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be displayed and payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or an error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express, as well as accepting PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to proceed through the checkout section of the website. As part of the secure ordering process you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number as also recorded with your bank. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order or result in your bank declining payment. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your card has been properly received.

Availability of Goods

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice. Certain products or services may be available online only. If we are unable to supply the goods for any reason, we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Delivery Charges and Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days (for standard delivery), following dispatch. Dates are given in good faith but are not the subject of any warranty or condition. No liability will attach to us if delivery periods or dates are not met. Time Limitation for Notification of Claims

  • Shortages: Any shortages must be notified to us within 7 days from delivery.
  • Incorrect or Faulty goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect or faulty goods within 7 days from delivery.
  • Non-Delivery of goods: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.

Cancellation of Orders and Returned Goods

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days upon receiving your products. It is your responsibility to return purchases in pristine condition in its original box and packaging. For full details on how to return please refer to our returns policy. You will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods.

Intellectual Property, Software and Content

The intellectual property rights of all software and content (including images) made available to you on or through this website, emails, marketing and our social media platforms remains the property of Spirito, licensor’s or owners and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by Spirito or their respective owners. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial purposes.
