Delivery

Below is a list of the delivery options that we are currently offering to customers:

Delivery is subject to payment authorization and the delivery will not be dispatched until payment has been confirmed. You will receive an email when your delivery has left our shop and is on its way to you.

The shipping fee for an order containing solely greetings cards will be calculated at checkout.

*UK Delivery for large parcels

If your parcel falls into Royal Mail’s ‘Medium Parcel’ category, and weighs between 1kg2kg, the price for postage will be £9.95. Items that fall into this category due to their size have been marked accordingly.

*Collect in store

This service is free of charge. We aim to have your order ready to collect within 2 working days. We will send you an email when it is ready for you to pick up. We ask you to collect your order within 7 days. If you would like to arrange collection for a later date, please give us a call or drop us an email.

Occasionally, these times may be affected by factors beyond our control, and therefore we cannot 100% guarantee the accuracy of these times. Please note that delivery times may vary in the following locations, due to decreased services in these areas:

Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the goods are delivered to the Customer’s address, whereupon the risk of loss, breakages and all damages shall pass to the customer.
